I had the joy of attending a virtual workshop by Duncan for the Prince's Trust about Digital Media Marketing. Not only was Duncan a delight to listen too, he really knows his stuff and upon leaving his webinar I was left with ideas and questions for myself to help develop my business' marketing strategy. I've done a few of these types of webinars now and frankly they can get very heavy and dull, Duncan was great at keeping things light and humorous whilst also giving us all the ins and out we could hope for. Overall fantastic experience. Thanks Duncan.

Duncan delivered some great Social Media training to a group of Team leaders at The Prince's Trust. He has great insight into social media platforms and shared this in a friendly yet professional manner. This training helped with the recruitment strategies for the Team staff and gave them direction and understanding of the best approaches to recruiting young people and communicating with the various agencies and individuals linked to this process. It was paced really well, entertaining and very knowledgeable. A really interesting 2 hours!

In addition to acting as current Chapter Director, Duncan Reid led BNI Eclipse forward in its grasp of digital & social media to boost our online presence. This attracted other members from the IT & Social Media industry to join our group and we believe, contributed to our being one of the most digitally-engaged BNI Chapters. Duncan is able to explain technical concepts to the layman in an engaging, relaxed style whilst finding out more about their business & how online marketing & SEO can benefit it. Similarly, he can engage with fellow professionals in language filled with acronyms & obscure technical debate! He has the technical knowledge of SEO to make a difference and the ethical stance to only consider Google-compliant methodologies. Happy to recommend.
