We had also wanted to work with a company where we could sit down face to face with, instead of everything being online these days.
The team have been great in identifying areas of the business which really needed work. They have opened up new channels for us and used their expertise to deliver effective campaigns that fit our objectives. They keep us up to date on their activity and check in with us if they see new opportunities and are also always on hand to answer any questions.
Google ads/merchant centre was something we had wanted/needed to do for a long time, but was too complicated and time consuming for us. To be able to outsource to the team who manage and report back to us has allowed us to continue to focus on the areas we specialise in.
